Welcome to Pollok…Callum Graham

With a season start date of 17th July now pencilled in the diary (pandemic restrictions allowing), Pollok FC are delighted to confirm the signing of striker Callum Graham.

Callum, who most recently played for Ashfield, has already made a name for himself bagging 42 goals for Ashfield in his debut season and scoring 7 goals in 5 matches before the WoSFL Conference A was abandoned this year. The 24 year old previously played for Motherwell Kings, netting an incredible 199 goals in 5 seasons.

Speaking to pollokfc.com, Murdie MacKinnon was delighted to get Callum on board for season 2021-22;

I am delighted to land such an exciting talent. Callum has demonstrated his ability to score goals and do it on a regular basis. He is a natural finisher, has a presence and is a strong athletic type.

Callum and I agree that he can further improve his game and take it to the next level.

He is hungry to improve and has a desire do well. He has a fantastic attitude to the game. Callum expressed how excited he was to have an opportunity to play at a club like Pollok and it was clear through our conversations that he really wanted to join us!

We are delighted to give him the opportunity and we look forward to him scoring goals for Pollok in the new WOSFL.

I would also like to thank Paul Maxwell, his staff and all at Ashfield for their help and professionalism throughout our discussions.

Welcome to Pollok, Callum!

Look out for more signing news in the coming days as we begin to ramp up preparations for our first season in the West of Scotland League.
