Introducing our Development squad (part 2)

Following on from yesterday’s revealing of the first two members of our new U20 Development squad, today will have two updates as we go from two to six, with Kieran Docherty and Thomas Haggarty coming aboard.

First up today is 18-year-old defender Kieran Docherty.

Kieran a.k.a. Doc is a right back who joins us from Linwood Rangers. He can play anywhere across the back four and that versatility will come in handy when the action starts. Kieran has previously played with Morton up to U14 level and thereafter with Jimmy Johnstone Academy.

And joining Kieran in being revealed today is striker Thomas Haggarty, also 18.

Thomas joins us from Glenvale AFC 19s – one of seven to do so – and in 17 games for them last season, netted 20 times. Thomas is a young man who knows where the goal is!
