Signing News: Strike Pair Sign New Deals

Pollok strike duo David Winters and Allan MacKenzie today pledged their future to Lok by penning deals which will see them lead the attack for the club next season.

David Winters spoke exclusively to "I've loved my time at Pollok, so when Tony approached me about next season, I didn't hesitate to offer my services. Newlandsfield is a great place to play football; the support is loud and passionate, the training is great and the facilities are also second to none.

"Pollok players are treated really well, the guys behind the scenes work so hard that we want for nothing, so signing up for next year was a complete no-brainer!

"I'm beyond chuffed that Allan is staying too. He's the ideal strike partner; tall, strong and not afraid to get involved when it matters. He puts a huge shift in every time he plays. We've worked really well together this season and I can only see that getting better as we develop our partnership."

Tony McInally told us "With these signings, and the boys we signed up last week, I feel as though we've really laid down a marker to other clubs, saying that we mean business. I'm delighted for the supporters as well; there's no doubting the quality of these boys, and I know the supporters enjoy watching them. I'm they'll continue to do the business as we continue our fight towards promotion."
